All new businesses, business relocations, changes of occupancy, or changes of use, must complete a free contractor registration with the City of Pontiac. This helps us to

Permits Required
The following projects/upgrades will require permits from the Building Department:

- Structural Changes (any time you open up, add, or remove walls)
- Exterior Signage
Property Maintenance
Ensure that your property is well-maintained and safe for public use

- Walkway free of debris and obstructions (including snow & ice in winter)
